By fine-tuning the balance between our logical conscious mind and our subconscious, we can effectively navigate the intensity of fight, flight, and freeze responses. Recognizing when ego has taken over and learning to cope with life’s challenges, we can rediscover our authentic and beautiful selves. Over my 45 years, I have challenged conditioning, retrained my internal beliefs, and renegotiated emotional contracts, resulting in resilience, health, and a positive outlook.
